                    South Indian Temples are well Known for its rich spiritual,cultural and traditional values. Especially
 the Panchaloga and Bronze idols which exhibits the excellent works of the ancient Indians.      These idols are
 made according to Sirpashastra,  a set of limitations which makes them divine .  These Sastras are believed
 to be formulated by God ViswaKarma,the Supreme Sculptor of DevaLoga( Heaven ).This art and the Sastras
 are  known and  passed  over by tradition.  Those  peoples engaged in this art forms the ViswaKarma
 community    
            Sirpa Kalanidhi. M. Pattan Achary  ( 1910 - 1998 )  is one among  this community and  well known
in South India especially in TamilNadu and  Kerala  for  his  unique  skills  of  making  idols in  accordance  
with the kerala and TamilNadu  tradition

                     These  traditional and divine art is now carried-on by his Grand Son Sirpa Chemmal. M.Selva Raja
